The Best Summer Smoothie

Happy Monday everyone! Summer is FAST approaching and so many are worried about being bikini body ready! But let me tell you something, all you need is to have a body and a bikini and BAM there you go! The most important thing you need to be worried about is not the size of your hips, but that your body on the inside is healthy. 

So to help you keep your body as healthy as possible I have decided to share my FAVOURITE smoothie recipe that helps me get the nutrients I need into my body!

Now full disclosure, I HATE PROTEIN POWDER. No I am not kidding, I am a very picky eater and texture is a huge part of it. The reason I hate protein powder is EVERY single one I have tried has a weird after taste, is very powdery in my mouth, or leaves my mouth feeling very dry.

There should totally be a drum roll included here. I had reached out to a representative from LivWell looking to do a collaboration with them. They were kind enough to send me some free samples to try out. OH-EM-GEE… I love them! 

1 CUP OF FROZEN MANGOS
1/2 CUP OF FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
1/4 CUP OF PASSION FRUIT JUICE
1/2 CUP OF FRESH BABY SPINACH
1/4 CUP OF GUAVA NECTAR
1/2 CUP OF FROZEN PEACHES
1/4 CUP OF APPLE JUICE
2 TBSP OF LIVWELL COCONUT PROTEIN POWDER

 

I am seriously so impressed with this protein powder. It doesn’t have a powdery gross after taste and it mixes very will in a smoothie. The coconut flavour also compliments the tropical tastes in this smoothie recipe. 

LivWell is 100% plant based with no soy, no gluten and no dairy! Which is amazing for my because I am lactose intolerant and have some stomach issues. The great thing I love about them is they are USDA Certified Organic! Woohoo, say no to GMO! Each serving contains 17g of complete protein and 16g of amino acids. 

 

Can’t wait to get my next order and really help my body get healthy, and possibly get some lean muscle gains going on!
